The Truth Behind Truths is the twelfth English DVD volume of the original Fullmetal Alchemist anime series, released by Funimation on September 5, 2006. The DVD contains four episodes:

"The quest for the Philosopher's Stone is madness. Beings without souls live in the shadows with half-man, half-animal beasts. With Edward and Al on a journey to find the Philosopher's Stone. Edward and Al have yet to find out that the Seven Deadly Sins have the Philosopher's Stone and that they are baiting them into a trap."
