I called this "Dragon Waves" because that's the first translation that Viz used, but they've since changed it to "Dragon's Pulse", which fits better with the idea of the dragon's energy flowing through its veins and is consistent with what FUNimation's subs are using as a translation. The original phrase "Lung Mei" translates to something like "Dragon Current", which also works. What do you guys think? This page's title should probably be changed; Dragon's Pulse? Dragon Current? Or leave it until the dub comes out to give us a third translation or confirmation?
