Characters exclusive to the 2003 Anime

This list contains characters who only appear in the 2003 Fullmetal Alchemist anime continuity, including its OVAs and its movie, Fullmetal Alchemist the Movie: Conqueror of Shamballa.
It also includes characters who, while originating from the light novel The Land of Sand, are otherwise only present in this adaptation and are completely missing from the Manga and 2009 anime. It does not, however, include characters exclusive to video games set in the 2003 continuity.
