Fullmetal Alchemist: The Sacred Star of Milos (鋼の錬金術師 嘆きの丘（ミロス）の聖なる星, Hagane no Renkinjutsushi: Mirosu no Sei-naru Hoshi) ist der zweite Film zu der Anime- und Mangaserie Fullmetal Alchemist. Die Geschehnisse im Film weichen von denen des Mangas sowie beider Animeserien ab und hängen in keinster Weise zusammen, würde man diese jedoch in die Zeitlinie des Mangas einordnen so ließen sie sich wohl am besten gegen Ende des Mangas einordnen lassen.
Während der Film in Japan bereits am 02. Juli 2011 seine Premiere feierte, so strahlte in der Pay-TV Sender Animax am 06. September 2014 erstmals in deutscher Fassung aus. Die zuständige Synchronfirma war dabei die Soundcompany Audiopost GmbH.

Die Synchronisation in Fullmetal Alchemist:The Sacred Star of Milos wurde von anderen Synchronsprechern übernommen als in Fullmetal Alchemist und Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, da die zuständige Synchronfirma nicht KSM sondern die Soundcompany Audiopost GmbH war.
Die Dialogregie wurde hierbei von Klemens Fuhrmann geführt.
